Feed Your Fight
A Nutrition Guide with Recipes & Testimonials from Thrivers
Nutritionist and wellness coach Sharon Hawks joined forces with breast cancer survivor and Touch4Life founder Laura Crandon to create Feed Your Fight, a nutrition guide designed to support Black women navigating breast cancer.

KNOW YOUR STORY
Your family history can tell you more than you think.
The health experiences of your parents, grandparents, siblings, and other relatives can offer important clues about your own health.
Knowing your family health history can help you recognize patterns, understand potential risks, and have better conversations with your healthcare provider about prevention, screening, and what may be right for you.
